1 UniVox Free Counselling Policy

UniVox provides expert admission guidance, course comparison, and advisory services to students 100% FREE of cost.

Because UniVox does not charge students any counselling fee or consultation fee, there are no counselling service fees to cancel or refund.

2 University Tuition & Admission Fee Refunds

When you enroll in a university recommended or shortlisted during your counselling session:

• All tuition fees, admission charges, exam fees, and prospectus fees are paid directly to the university via its official bank portal or online payment gateway.
• If you decide to cancel your admission or request a fee refund, the refund is processed directly by the respective university according to its official refund schedule and rules.
• UniVox cannot directly issue, approve, or deduct refunds on behalf of any university or educational institution.

3 UGC Fee Refund Guidelines Compliance

UGC-entitled online and distance education universities in India are mandated to adhere to University Grants Commission (UGC) Fee Refund Norms:

• Full Refund (with minimal processing charge): If an admission cancellation notice is formally submitted within the stipulated UGC pre-admission deadline window before the formal close of admissions.
• Tiered Deduction Schedule: If cancellation occurs after the formal deadline, universities apply standard percentage deductions (e.g. 10%, 20%, 50%) based on the number of days elapsed from the official admission close date.
• Zero Refund Window: Cancellations requested after the expiry of the maximum UGC specified withdrawal period are generally non-refundable per university policies.

4 Registration & Application Form Fees

University application form fees, prospectus fees, and initial registration charges paid directly to a university are generally non-refundable once the application has been processed by the university's admissions office.

5 How UniVox Assists You With Refund Requests

While UniVox does not hold or control your tuition funds, we support our counselled students throughout their academic journey:

• Guidance on Cancellation Procedure: We advise you on the exact formal documentation, written cancellation emails, and refund forms required by your university.
• Application Tracking Support: We can assist in tracking and escalating your refund application with the university's admissions and finance helpdesks if you encounter delays.

6 Payment Safety & Non-Liability Warning

UniVox strictly advises all students: Never pay university tuition fees in cash or transfer money into personal bank accounts of any individual.

UniVox shall not be held liable for payments made to unauthorized third parties or unverified personal accounts outside the official university payment link.
