2 Scope of Services & Platform Role

UniVox operates exclusively as an online higher-education counselling, comparison, and referral platform:

• We assist prospective students in understanding different online, distance, and regular degree options.
• We provide structured information on university courses, specializations, fee ranges, and admission procedures.
• We facilitate application referrals to partner universities where requested by the student.
• What UniVox DOES NOT do: We do NOT conduct academic classes, set curriculum, evaluate exams, grant academic credit, issue marksheets, or award degrees.

3 Student Verification Responsibility

While UniVox endeavors to maintain up-to-date university details, regulatory entitlements (UGC-DEB, AICTE, NAAC, BCI) and fee schedules can change periodically by decision of respective statutory bodies and universities.

Students and parents are strongly advised to independently verify current regulatory entitlement for their specific course, learning mode, and academic session on official regulator websites (e.g. ugc.ac.in, deb.ugc.ac.in) before enrolling or transferring funds.

4 No Outcome Guarantees

UniVox operates on principles of transparency and strict non-deception:

• No Guaranteed Admission: Admission decisions rest solely with the university based on their official eligibility criteria and verification.
• No Guaranteed Placement/Salary: We do not guarantee job placement, salary packages, or promotion outcomes. Any career indicators discussed represent general industry trends.
• No Guaranteed Scholarship: Fee concessions or scholarships are awarded by universities strictly per their published guidelines.

5 University Fee Payment Guidelines

UniVox admission counselling is 100% FREE for students. UniVox does NOT collect official university tuition fees or admission fees into private individual accounts.

All application, registration, and semester tuition payments must be paid directly to the respective university through its official online payment portal or official bank account. Never transfer university fee payments to unauthorized personal bank accounts.

6 Refund & Cancellation Summary

Since UniVox counselling is free, UniVox does not charge or collect counselling fees. All tuition, application, or admission refunds are strictly governed by the respective university's official Refund Policy and applicable UGC fee refund norms.

7 Acceptable Use & User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal and academic information in all platform forms. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or submission of fraudulent academic records is strictly prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, website design, text, graphics, logos, comparison layouts, and software code on this Website are the intellectual property of UniVox or its licensors. University logos and brand names remain the property of their respective trademark holders and are used solely for identification and comparative reference.

9 Limitation of Liability

UniVox shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on website information, university admission decisions, academic policy changes, or third-party website links.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
